Y/D LINECAD DEVELOPMENT

- Detailed specification sheet for proto development with measurement sheet.
- Construction steps mentioned clearly for sampling room to follow easily.
PATTERN MAKING
- Developing digital pattern of the provided style as per buyer measurement sheet.
- Pattern CAD can be provided in various formats like .dxf , .dwg, etc.
MINI- MARKER DEVELOPMENT
- Mini marker, developed to analyze the fabric consumption and percentage of wastage.
PROTO SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Analyzing the sample fit as per brand’s measurement and body type.
- Development of prototype of first sample to see the fit, look & fall of the fabric.
SALESMAN SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Development of Salesman sample in required sizes as per customer need.
- Quality stitch detail, & adherence to measurement, as per provided specification sheet.
